Commercial Projects:
While working for Bayliss Architects P.C. in Bozeman, MT, Nathan Baltrusch, current owner and project manager for 52rusch, completed two commercial buildings in Havre, MT.  Nathan served as project manager for both projects which have recently been completed.

Prairie Farms Golf Course Club House (ABOVE):
Located 3 miles outside Havre, MT on the Baltrusch family farm.  Set between an open wheat field and the first nine holes of Prairie Farms Golf Course, the club house offers amazing views to the course which winds along the scenic Milk River.  A large patio on the east and south side of the building is sheltered from any harsh winds while the canopy overhead is designed to allow sun in the winter months and shade in the heat of the summer.

Independence Bank Remodel (ABOVE):
Set on 5th Ave. of Havre, MT Independence Bank has been around since the early seventies.  The addition and remodel of the bank allowed for a much needed expansion for the bank's employees as well as an updated look.  In the new 2 level addition, the second floor contains several new offices with great views of Havre's downtown and has exceptional natural daylight due to the Kalwall skylight.
